Nicholas E. Cohen is the Managing Partner of Cohen Injury Law Group and brings a unique combination of legal expertise and business acumen to the firm. He graduated from USC and earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, where he finished fourth in his class after the first year and attended on a merit scholarship. He won his first case at just 24 years old, a small claims lawsuit against his landlord.
Nick grew up in a family of trial lawyers. That environment shaped his understanding of what’s at stake in personal injury work—and sparked an early interest in how technology could make law firms more effective. By age 12, he was building websites for the family practice. That curiosity evolved into expertise in legal technology and marketing systems, knowledge he developed while simultaneously completing his J.D. in Loyola’s evening program. He brings that same innovative mindset to Cohen Injury Law Group, leveraging technology and data-driven strategies to serve clients better while maintaining the hands-on, client-first approach he learned growing up around trial lawyers.
